South Lake Rotary Run formerly the Santa Fun Run

IMG_5382.jpg

The Rotary Club of South Lake County has been holding a charitable run based in Clermont, FL since 2009. The run has been known as the Santa Fun Run, themed around the Christmas holiday and has raised thousands of dollars over the years for the local community, including our current benefactors of the race; the Greater Clermont Cancer Foundation and local educational scholarships. The 2019 run has been rebranded as the South Lake Rotary Run and will feature a 5k or 10k run along the Lake Minneola Waterfront, starting at Suncreek Brewery.

The event will also feature a silent auction, a free drink for 21+ runners, music and fun! This is a family and dog friendly event.

Trophies are given to top racers, including school teams. Each runner receives a medal and T-shirt, which are ALL NEW this year.

The Rotary Club of South Lake County is a non-profit charitable organization with the sole purpose of putting all profits from our events back into the community. With that, we ask that even though you might not want to participate in the races, you might consider making a charitable contribution to the Rotary Club of South Lake Foundation. Sponsorship levels are available. We are also taking donations for raffle and silent auction items. We appreciate your support. Without the support of our community, we could not make this run as successful as it is.

Thank you to our sponsors:
